My Khe beach is next to National Route 24B, 15km from Quang Ngai city, 16km from Dung Quat port and near Sa Ky port (Ly Son port), located in Co Luy village, Tinh Khe commune, Son Tinh district. This beach is famous for its fine white sand stretching along the beach, peaceful sea waves, warm seawater all year round, surrounded by coconut palms, in front of the beach are majestic mountains. My Khe beach is about 900m long and this is the most bustling and familiar beach among the beaches near Da Nang city.
To come to My Khe beach, from the city center, you go straight in the direction of Han river bridge, then go along Pham Van Dong street about 1.5km. My Khe beach is still in the air of North Central Vietnam, so the best time to travel is in the summer, from April to September.No big waves, clear and warm water all year round, My Khe is ideal and safe for both adults and children at any time of the year.
My Khe consists of three main beaches, which are: Pham Van Dong beach (central park of Da Nang city), T20-T18 beach and 1-2-3 beach (this beach is most visited and becomes the main beach in My Khe because of its high safety). Bac My An is located in Bac My An ward, Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang, about 7km south east of the city.Before 1975, Bac My An was just a natural beach. After the liberation of the city, the state built a guesthouse and a nursing home to serve the needs of the cadres and civil servants of Quang Nam – Da Nang. The special features of Bac My An beach are the convenient location, calm sea, white sandbank, and pleasant climate all year round. All these things have made visitors once visited cannot forget this lovely beach.
Like many other central provinces, Da Nang has a tropical monsoon climate with high temperatures and less volatility. On the other hand, due to its location in the middle of Vietnam, the climate of the city is also influenced by subtropical climate in the North and the tropical climate of the South. The weather of Da Nang is divided into rainy season (starting from August to December) and dry season (extending from January to July) with an annual average temperature of 26 degrees Celsius. Xuan Thieu beach is in the list of beautiful beaches near Da Nang city which easy to reach and relax. Xuan Thieu beach is in Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city, about 3 km south of Nam O beach. From the center of Da Nang city – you follow the Nguyen Tat Thanh road to the sea, then you will come Xuan Thieu beach. You can hire a motorbike or get in a taxi, it will take you from 45 minutes to 60 minutes to come here.
The beach has clear blue seawater, preserving the wild and special red shimmering in the sunset. Xuan Thieu used to be for US soldiers before 1975 because this is a military area, it is not only a beautiful tourist destination but also one of the witnesses of the history of Vietnamese people. After the war ended, in 1992, Xuan Thieu was renovated with a full system of accommodation, convalescence, amusement and entertainment services to serve tourists coming to the beach.
