Ba Vi National Park is located 60 km in th West of Hanoi city, this is  one of the most reputable Natural Park to reserve the beauty of creatures in Tan Linh commune, Ba Vi district, Ha Tay province. Tourists come here to admire spectacular scenes of mountainous area harmonizing with delicate people in here.

Because of the high mountainous terrain, the forest leaves Ba Vi National Park area the very cool and fresh atmosphere, especially in the summer (from April to October). In winter, cloud cover creates an impressive fanciful landscape. Ba Vi is a mountain complex of six peaks, the highest peak is 1.296m in height, the highest point is 1.227m, the top of Ngoc Hoa is 1,131m … The peak is the place where Uncle Ho temple was built. Opposite to the top of the temple is a mountain-roof of Tan Vien, all made of spectacular beauty in here.

Follow the path from the gate leading visitors into the vast pine forest, the endless of the thousands of pine bring tourists to a magical land from nature, Ba Vi National park. After going through a fairly steep and folding road, tourists will reach the center of the 400m, the place to enjoy the first cool atmosphere of Ba Vi mountain and find the remains of the resort was built in 1940 by the French. Tourists can walk around the park, take souvenirs or stay in restaurants, guest houses built on stilts, drink refreshments or milk made from Ba Vi farm. At the foot of the mountain there is a swimming pool, a tennis court, a dining area and a garden with a lot of monkeys….

Coming to the animal conservation area and visiting the medicinal garden, visitors can admire rare plants. Bird gardens, medicinal plants, cacti, and prototypes contribute to preserve the genetic resources of 117 species of bamboo, 70 species of coconut, 1,200 species of cactus, and many of them are only available here.

Visiting Ba Vi National Park, tourists can explore the small waterfalls in the mountains, up to the sky at the height of 800m to see orchid garden; Old Church, orphanage, guest house, political prison, … those are the historical relics that maintain from the French colonize.

The higher the road, the road is getting more steep and floating, and the clouds are thicker. At a height of 1,200m, visitors have already succeeded in conquering the peak of Ba Vi with marvelous awards, admiring spectacular scenes and enjoying the cool fresh air. From there, challenges seem to be started for visitors to climb 779 stone steps from West to visit the temple of President Ho Chi Minh and climb 225 steps from East to Tan Vien Temple. If tourists can climb more than a dozen stone steps, they can reach the top of Vong Canh, the highest peak of Ba Vi mountains.

Standing on the top of the mountain, visitors can blow their mind with the rich picture harmonizing the beauty of clouds, mountains, forests, valleys, rivers and lakes, …. Especially in the days of clear sky and sunny weather when the sun is in the west, from the top of the mountain, tourists can see the whole capital, prominent blocks of modern apartment buildings or even a series of buildings in the center.
