Taukkyan War Cemetery is the largest cemetery in the three memorial allied sacrifices during World War II in Burma. Located on the outskirts of Yangon, 25 km from the center of Yangon, this green park is home to 6,374 soldiers and is home to 27,000 unnamed soldiers who fell in battle. Although a cemetery, built in 1951, the Taukkyan War Cemetery is like a weekend destination for young people and families. They come to sit and chat, take pictures, take the children to walk the space of the memorial instead of the gloomy.
