According to many people, the station’s architecture is stylized by three peaks of Langbiang Mountain or the communal house in the Central Highlands.
The station has three pyramidal roofs with a length of 66.5 m, 11.4 m and 11 m high. The work was designed by two French architects, Reveron and Moncet, with the high roofs and arched dome appearance of stations in the south of the country. This place is known as an ancient and beautiful station in Southeast Asia still being preserved from the war of Vietnam with ancient special architecture of French associated with the significant historical stage of Vietnam.
Inside the main hall, the furniture such as tables, chairs, ticket counters, … have still remained the same design for decades showcasing the reality of the station in the past including the still-stored light bulb that makes the space more classic. In addition, the paintings are hung inside a section also left in the hearts of visitors much impressed on the station’s past. At present, the railway has stopped operating but still serves tourists.
