Vinh Nghiem pagoda is located at 339 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Ward 7, District 3 in Ho Chi Minh City built in 1964 and completed seven years later, Vinh Nghiem pagoda is a reputable pagoda. Together with Giac Lam Pagoda, Xa Loi Pagoda, and Hoang Phap Pagoda, Vinh Nghiem Pagoda is considered as one of the special historical relics that preserves the unique architecture and cultural relics of Vietnam. With the area about 6.000m2, the space inside pagoda is extremely cool, airy and quiet, being suitable for relaxation and praying. The architecture of the ancient temple was built with modern materials. The unique point of attraction here is its establish associated with the Vietnamese culture, Buddhist architecture in the 20th century. The architecture of the temple includes the Three Towers, the central building and the stupas. First impression about the pagoda is Tam quan gate, with large structure bringing Vietnamese traditional architecture with red tile always welcome tourists to admire the delicate cultural architecture of Vietnam. The central building of the Vinh Nghiem pagoda is solid structure with a large ground floor. In there, the ground floor is divided into the outside, under the terrace and the inside, under the Buddha. The ground floor is divided into churches, lecture halls, offices, libraries, classrooms, and other rooms. From the courtyard of Vinh Nghiem pagoda, tourists will see three large stairs of 23 steps leading up. Buddha altar is set up in harmonic arrangement, in the middle of the Buddha worship, the left is Bodhisattva worship, the right is adjacent to worship Hien Bodhisattva.

The whole of the Buddha is composed of three parts: Bai Pho, Ban Pho, and Tang Dao. Especially when exploring the architecture of Vinh Nghiem pagoda, the image of 3 stupas are elaborately designed and carved beautifully. The first tower is the Avalokiteshvara Hall on the left of the Buddha Hall. This tower consists of seven floors, 40m in height, in the top of tower decorates 9 wheels and blocks. Especially, Avalokiteshvara is considered the largest monastery in the stupa of Buddhism in Vietnam. The third tower inside the Vinh Nghiem pagoda is the Vinh Nghiem stone tower. This tower has 7 floors, 14m in height being built with dense stone art, elaborately pattern, and sculpture in Ly – Tran dynasty style. Vinh Nghiem stone tower is considered as the first stone tower in the South and is the largest stone tower, in Vietnam ever.
