The Sa is made of mulberry tree (with its fresh flowers, leaves and bark). The Lao people use this paper to create bags, photo frames, book covers, lanterns and postcards for travelers. Luang Prabang, Oudomxay and Xayaburi are the three biggest paper providers in Lao, who are supplying nearly 80% of the mulberry bark in Thai Land.
